The European Geriatric Medicine Society (EuGMS) met in Valencia, Spain from Sept 18th-20th, 2024. This is the largest clinical research meeting for those interested in care of older people across Europe and was attended by 2328 attendees from 78 countries. It was a vibrant, multidisciplinary meeting where the latest cutting edge research was presented.
The Academic Centre for Healthy Ageing as very well represented with Professors Liz Sampson and Adam Gordon both speaking at the event. We also submitted four abstracts developed in association with clinical colleagues from North East London. These are now available to read online.
